Out product line is split between different applications. There is a significant difference in the product that is used in a residential remodel versus a new construction high-traffic bathroom - mainly due to the plumbing requirements of the job. Residential Products: Neo-Metro's residential products are manufactured to the highest quality by metal artisans. Why use stainless steel in your bathroom? Commercial / Hospitality Products: Neo-Metro works with an extended network of architects and interior designers on a range of projects. Since we are rooted in the commercial plumbing "world" we do design all of our products to comply to ADA codes (if noted ). Custom Orders: One of the biggest questions we receive here at Neo-Metro is: "Can I make a custom piece?" The answer is "Yes"; however, we only accept orders on custom if the project is in excess of 20 pieces. In many circumstances individuals would like a variation of a particular product.
